The fuel solenoid is mounted to the intake using an existing threaded location.

Individual power and ground wires were ran to the solenoids. We used blue wire for the nitrous and green for purge. The wiring was neatly routed along the existing wiring harness towards the firewall on the driver's side.

The connections and wiring were then wrapped in electrical tape to help protect and seal them from the elements.

We then put 1/4" Hi-Temp split loom over the previously dropped nitrous feed line. This helps to protect the line from the elements, road debris, and exhaust temperatures, as well as preventing the stainless braids from chaffing other wiring.

Since we also have a fuel pressure gauge on the truck, we installed a T-fitting into the fuel rail and installed the 4AN fuel feed fitting into the T.

The fuel feed line is then attached and connected to the fuel solenoid input.

The fuel outlet line is then routed to the area where the nozzle will be installed in the intake tube.

1/4" Hi-Temp split loom was then installed on all of the lines and wiring to protect them.

After determining the position of the purge line. the line was measured and cut to length.

Using a tube bender, we bent the line to follow a clean and unobstructed path from the purge solenoid to the heat exchanger (intercooler).

Since we wanted dual purge vents, we installed a Y fitting supplied with the NOS Intimidator dual purge kit.

The Y fitting is then installed onto the hard line from the purge solenoid. We then bent more line to direct the purge vents directly in front of the heat exchanger to further cool the intake air.

The hard line is attached to the purge solenoid using the supplied compression fitting.

The Y fitting is secured and the LED lights are installed onto the lines.

The NOS Soft Plume Nozzle is installed into the intake tube.

It is important to make sure the Nozzle points in the same direction as the airflow.

The jets are then installed into the nozzle.

Then the nitrous outlet line is connected.

And finally the fuel outlet line is connected and the intake tube re-installed.

The purge lines are secured and the wiring from the LED's are loomed and routed to the driver's side firewall.

A full throttle micro switch is positioned and installed so that the contacts only engage when the throttle blade is wide open. Wiring from the switch is routed into the cab with the solenoid wiring.

The bottle brackets are then installed onto the nitrous bottles.
